Hotel Trenker provides rooms with light wood furniture, carpeted or parquet floors, and soundproof walls. Options include twin/double rooms with mountain views from the balcony. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries and bathrobes. Suites include flat-screen TVs with cable channels, minibars, and fruit. Hotel Trenker offers a panoramic indoor pool (31°C) with a relaxation area, open from 8 AM to 10 PM, and a sunbathing terrace. The spa area includes a steam bath, bio sauna, Finnish sauna, and infrared cabin, accessible for guests 18 and older, from 3 PM to 7 PM. Guests can access a wellness bag in their room, which includes bathrobes and towels. Massages are available for an additional fee. There is also a base camp for sports equipment, a boot dryer, and facilities for cleaning outdoor shoes. In winter, snowshoes and hiking crampons are available for rent free of charge.

Nearby landmarks include Chiesetta di San Giorgio (6 km), Chiesa Parrocchiale di Santa Margherita (5 km), and Prato Piazza. The hotel is accessible by car via the A27 motorway (Belluno) or the A23 and E55 motorway (Tolmezzo). Train access is available from Bolzano or Brenner to Fortezza, with connecting trains to Villabassa. From Villabassa, guests can take a bus or taxi to the hotel. The hotel also offers a bus and train service.

Hotel Trenker provides a deposit for sports equipment, including a boot dryer, a ski deposit with a waxing bench, and a bicycle storage area with a washing station. Free rental of backpacks and hiking sticks is available. Guided hikes are offered a minimum of 5 days per week.
